Mr. Feldmann has over 20 years experience in civil engineering, site work development, municipal engineering, and project management. He has worked for BFA since August of 1983. Hired initially as support staff as a civil engineer Mr. Feldmann was promoted to crew chief over construction stakeout and inspection. He was then placed in charge of field reconnaissance for the development of large box retail projects and moved to project manager over these projects.

As project manager Mr. Feldmann has been involved in site selection, cost analysis, final design, entitlements and quality control. Over the past number of years, he has concentrated his efforts in site development for Walmart Stores, Inc. He has worked in many states throughout the Midwest giving him a range of experience in city administration and zoning related issues.

Mr. Feldmann is a proven team builder and uses strong communication skills to expedite projects through jurisdictional approvals (city, state, federal etc.) and is familiar with the legal aspects needed to meet the requirements of local municipal planning agencies.
