BFA has four project managers that have at least 15 years of experience - 2 of whom have 25+ years. This allows BFA the ability to offer a full range of project management options - from a specific task such as a survey or grading plan to complete project oversight, including design, permit acquisition and due diligence.

We have experience working with attorneys, public relations firms, architects, artists, etc. to complete projects in sensitive areas. BFA has a reputation for meticulously monitoring project schedules, costs, and liabilities for our clients. In situations where large developers may use several firms for projects throughout the country, BFA has a history of acquiring the most difficult projects, with the understanding that we have a proven record of delivering our product and because we have succeeded with projects where others have previously failed.
