Ross has over 20 years in the architectural/engineering field.

After graduating in 1988, Ross worked for Sodemann and Associates, Inc. in Champaign, Illinois. Ross was employed by S&A as Director of their newly developed CAD department. While at S&A, Ross was in charge of implementing the computer aided design & drafting software, accounting software, word processing & specification software, and job cost history software. Ross developed, not only CAD standards for S&A but, several of their policies and procedures relating to the implementation of computers into the office.

In 1993, Ross joined the BFA team as a CAD technician and quickly moved into project management. Ross's 13+ years of project management experience have developed his abilities in project administration, design, permitting, and general project execution. Ross is capable of coordinating teams of experts for projects that may involve special issues in surveying, geotechnical, environmental, traffic, economic and legal.

Ross's projects have ranged in size from small municipal street construction projects to large retail shopping center developments. Below are some of his notable projects.
