Mr. Rohlfing has over 15 years of experience in civil engineering, site development design, permit acquisition for public and private infrastructure and project management. His responsibilities and accomplishments have earned him the role of Project Manager. As a Project Manager, he has a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of site development, engineering practices and is focused and committed to the projects for which he is responsible. He incorporates his experiences in site evaluation, construction plan preparation, team building and permit acquisition to deliver projects that meet or exceed the expectations of his clients. He has held the position of Stormwater Design and Evaluation Team Leader and, in addition to his Project Manager responsibilities, he is also currently in charge of BFA's Continuing Education Program.
